About the Event
Do you want to get fit while enjoying the company and support of others? Come join our Couch to 5K running group for adults. Anyone 18 and over is welcome! First 3 sessions are free.
Club membership is required after 3 sessions.
Refreshments will be available after the run in the member's bar.
