Strollercise

Come to the club every Monday from 6:30pm-7:30pm for Strollercise, an easy to learn new exercise regime, strolling to sounds of the 50's/60's. No partner required.

This is a dance-based, low impact, fitness class suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. All strolls are walked through, you can intensify or simplify the strolls to what you are comfortable with to get the workout you want! All ages 15+, all genders, welcome to all classes!

It is £6 per class. You must pay the teacher, Lorraine, in-person.
